HRS consultants collaborate closely with you to ensure you receive access to the insights and education, peer networks and councils, as well as the supply chain and spend management guidance and ancillary programs offerings that also come with membership. More about how it works

Why should I switch?

As one of the only independent, member-driven GPO’s, you have a voice when it comes to which contracts HRS negotiates. Our dedicated field staff provide exceptional customer service and ensure you’ll always have experienced, knowledgeable consultants by your side to help you save time and money. Why HRS

How do contracts get loaded?

After you become a member, just let your representative know which distributors you buy from — and which products you use. We’ll do the rest.

How it works

What is a mark-up?

A mark-up is the difference between the cost of goods and services and their selling price. HRS negotiates the distributor mark-up, however, we encourage all members to be actively engaged in what they are paying for products, including what mark-up they’re paying to their distribution partners.

How it works

What are the Northwest Councils?

Our members gather periodically to guide contract development and address industry issues. Their goal is to continually review HRS’s portfolio of contracts, identifying agreements that can be enhanced on a regional and local level. Councils also provide a venue for continuing education, a forum for education on new and emerging technologies, and a stimulating environment for peer networking and sharing of best practices information. HRS supports the following member councils:

  • Food & Nutrition Council
  • Imaging Council
  • Laboratory Council
  • Northwest Materials Management Council
  • Northwest Pharmacy Council
